Getting Creative in Seacrest

From go, this project was full of differences and required ways to get creative.  For starters, no one ever said beach life is cheap, but a family on a budget wanted their realtor to find them a small place that was close to everything and that didn't have to double as a vacation rental for others.  This is how our client ended up being a realtor, not a home owner.

The realtor found them the perfect condo, but the family wasn't convinced.  They didn't mind a studio, but wanted it to have two sleeping places for them and their child.  So we were tasked with creating a visual of what their beach life future could be and give them details so they could accomplish it on their own.
