Do Contractors Actually Hire Interior Designers For Custom Built Homes?

A good question that some people may have is this: Do contractors actually hire an interior design team to create the perfect ambience for a custom built home? The answer to that would be yes some contractors do hire an interior design team to create the feel of the perfect home to market it to potential buyers of their custom built home.

As a matter of fact, my business partner Maryam and I have helped a few contractors with designing the rooms that can make a home feel that once you walk in the doors that this house has to be yours! This is a gift that we have that we love to share with others! Here is a picture example of something that we can create with the home’s contractor.

Sketches, color palettes, and samples prepared for our interior design and decorating clients in Oklahoma and Washington.

This is an entryway into a hall. This has more of a contemporary feel which most college students or potentially young married couples will love. If this is more of the look that the contractor is wanting to go with when completing a job, we could create something similar to this and make it beautiful!

So it does depend on what the contractor hires us to accomplish for him or her and our work shows that we love what we do! Our customers can vouch that we strive to make them happy and love the work that we provide for them! We love continuing to build amazing working relationships with previous and current customers by making their happiness and their design ideas a reality! So if you are looking to hire one of the best interior design teams then KIS-Designs is the one for you!
